The Cattleog

I was born and raised in Round Rock, Texas, currently living in Stephenville, Texas. I moved here in 2014 to attend Tarleton State University with no idea of what to expect. I quickly fell in love with the town and the people in it. My love and knowledge for agriculture grew and grew. I graduated May of 2017 with a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Services and Development with an emphasis on agricultural communications. So I spent three years learning to talk to corn and cows lol. I felt like I wasn't done learning and expanding my knowledge so I enrolled in grad school at Tarleton. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Agricultural Consumer Sciences.

 

My interests go beyond books and research projects. I am passionate about photography - specifically western lifestyle. I probably spend more time and money at Ulta and my salon here in Stephenville but thats okay. My heart flutters at anything that has fringe, turquoise, leather or sparkles. I love laying out in the sun with my gal pals and just living life.

I met my handsome man, Mr. Tell (yup thats his name) Ruggles in Stephenville and we spend the majority of our time going on road trips, eating our weights worth in food and laughing nonstop together. He is my best friend and one of my biggest inspirations. Y'all will probably see his face a hundred times (no apologies).

 

This blog is for the small percent of young people who love agriculture and are being a voice for agriculture in todays world. There will be a sprinkle of beauty, interior design and whatever else I feel like posting!
